How Did You Meet This Standard?
I meet this standard by working hard and accomplishing my drawings in AutoCAD on time. I did this by drawing hidden lines which are different colors and line type as well as a different layer in AutoCAD. Also, I set my drawings correctly based on sheet size, border, and title block. In this title block I used alphabet lines to have my name, date, and period on the drawing
How Does The Standard Have Real-World Application?
This standard has real-world
application because if I peruse a career in engineering or architecture, I would be expected to know how to use these standards correctly and efficiently. Specifically, I would need different line types, colors, and layers to make my
drawing for eye-catching and presentable. Also, to make my drawing as professional as possible it would need be the appropriate size and have the correct border which I would need to set up. Finally, I would need people to know that the drawing is mine by having alphabet letter on the drawing to include my name.
What Are Your Future Learning Goals Related To
This Standard?
This standard has inspired me to having bigger and better learning goals. First, I want to be able to set up more variable in my drawing beside sheet size, border, and title block. Also, I hope that I can use more than lines of the alphabet, like symbols that are not on the common keyboard. Finally, I hope that all of these standards lead to more complex and greater standards that
will challenge my drawing and design abilities like this has.
